BUDGET MEETING (1 WEEK)
- Step 1 – Meet with us to go over the details of your desired Custom Build
- Step 2 – We give you a rough budget cost for your desired Custom Build using the most up to date market pricing
- Step 3 – Get pre-qualified for a Construction Loan (Ask about our preferred lenders)
- Step 4 – Start the Design Process!
DESIGN PHASE (1 MONTH)
- Step 1 – Pre-Design Meeting (We recommend bringing 3 online plans with different features you like)
- Step 2 – We start your Floor Plan (Unlimited Revisions)
- Step 3 – We generate your Elevation Plans
- Step 4 – Final Plan Review (Preparing for Estimating)
- Step 5 – Start the Estimating Process!
ESTIMATING PHASE (1 MONTH)
- Step 1 – Pre-Estimate Meeting (Lets go over all the details – Needs and Wants)
- Step 2 – We send of your plans off for engineering and pricing and get started on you detailed and transparent Custom Estimate
- Step 3 – Estimate Review Meeting (We will revied each item in detail)
- Step 3 – Estimate Revision (We will make any revisions needed to stay within the budget)
- Step 4 – Start the Build Process
BUILD PHASE (8-12 MONTHS)
- Step 1 – Sign Contract (We will send a contract package for you to review and sign)
- Step 2 – You or Glenco sends the Contract Package to Lender for Appraisal and Construction Loan Closing
- Step 3 – Schedule / Allowance Item Procurement Review (Lets set a timeline and beak down when all the finishes will need to be picked out.
- Step 4 – Start the Build (The Moment you have been waiting for!)
- Step 5 – Allow our industry leading Project Management guide you through a seamless build with up-to-date scheduling, budgeting, and close-out)
- Step 6 – Walk-Through (We will bring you up to speed on everything in your new Home)
- Step 6 – Move in Day! Time to enjoy your dream home!!!
