Our estimates are presented in a detailed and transparent fashion, with the purpose of gaining the trust of our clients. Value-Engineering options are proposed to optimize the client’s budget. Realistic allowances are set with anticipated finishes to get pricing as accurate as possible up front.
CLIENT PORTAL
Our client portal was developed to provide the best possible build experience for our customers. This online project management system starts at the design phase and carries through to closeout. Documents are organized to keep the client updated on schedule, procurement, and cost. Detailed as-builts are provided at closeout to prepare the client for the future.
